IT Intern - Summer Internship
Cultivate is OneHope’s internship program, drawing on over 30 years of expertise in research, program design, and outcome-based ministry. Our mission is to equip college students and recent graduates with practical skills and hands-on experience, providing mentorship and real-world exposure in their field of interest.
We are excited to invite enthusiastic and tech-savvy individuals to join our team as an IT Intern. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for technology and problem-solving, eager to contribute to our IT department while gaining valuable experience in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting hardware and software systems across the organization.
- Support the IT team in setting up and configuring new equipment and technology.
- Provide technical support to staff and end-users, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Help with the management and organization of IT resources, including software installations and updates.
- Collaborate on IT projects and initiatives, contributing ideas and solutions to enhance technology use within the organization.
- Document IT processes, procedures, and solutions to improve knowledge sharing and system efficiency.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing IT strategy and development.

- Enthusiasm for technology and a desire to contribute to IT solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common IT tools
