2025 University Recruiting - Research Quality, Technology QA Intern

The mission of the Research Quality (RQ) team within our Research & Development Division QA is to provide proactive quality consulting and oversight, conduct audits and assessments, and monitor issues that arise in the research and clinical space. Within RQ, our Research & Development Division QA Technology QA group manages the internal quality oversight of our Company's clinical, regulatory and safety systems as well as the oversight of the technological aspects of 3rd party suppliers.
The RQ Technology Quality intern will have the opportunity to support and/or participate in advancing the Technology Quality teams initiatives and projects and develop a greater understanding of the role of quality assurance in advancement of clinical research.
The Technology Quality intern may also support the following projects and assignments:
Internal quality oversight of Information Technology, including emerging Digital Health technologies and devices.
Enhancement of tools and processes used to support quality audits and assessments
Advancement of use of analytics to support risk assessment and quality oversight.
These tasks may include but are not limited to project management, communication development, collaboration tool development, document management, documentation review, technical editing, meeting coordination and facilitation, and other administrative tasks.
This position may be located at our Company’s West Point, PA site or Rahway, NJ site.
Minimum Requirements:
Candidates must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor's degree OR graduate student pursuing a Master's or PhD
Candidates must be available to work full-time for 10-12 weeks from beginning in May or June 2025
Preferred Experience and Skills:
Candidates should be in a university degree-granting program studying Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Quality Assurance, or other related field.
