Cyber Security Internship - New Boston, Mi

Cyber Security 

• Assisting Service Desk Technicians with Resolving Incidents & Problems, Documenting Work Instructions, and assisting with the creation of a Role Based Access Model 
• Shadowing a local support team member and assisting with resolving incidents and problems at local manufacturing facilities gaining an understanding of how integral IT is to the Production Environment
• Assist the Endpoint, Network, and Server Teams with major project initiatives such as AD Migration, Network Segmentation and Endpoint Refresh Project 
• Work with the Development and Applications Team to engage in projects related to Applications like QAD, SharePoint, CyberQuery, EDI, OnBase, EAM, Campfire, etc.

·       Pursuing a Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university
