BWL Internship Program - Analytics &, GIS, and O.T.
The Lansing Board of Water & Light (BWL), has full time openings available for the 2025 Summer Internship Program.
A BWL internship is an opportunity offered to students interested in gaining work experience in a job specific industry.
Our 2025 internship dates are as follows:
- Start Date - May 12, 2025, On-site Orientation
- End Date - August 08, 2025, Internship Concludes
Areas of Opportunity Include:
Geographic Information System "GIS" Intern
Operations Technology (OT) Intern
Students interested in participating in an internship opportunity must complete the following:
•Submit a resume and student transcripts.
•Complete a BWL Employment Application.
•Complete an interview, if chosen.
Requirements:
•Must be a college student currently enrolled in courses within their area of study.
•Must be classified as a junior or senior status during the summer of 2025.
•Overall GPA of at least a 3.0.
•Pass a drug test and background check for employment.
•Dependable transportation and the ability to get to work on time.
•Dependable and hard working.
