StandardAero is seeking motivated, eager, and innovative students looking to join one of our Engineering Team for the summer 2025 term.

Job Duties:
Students may be involved in one or many of the following:
- Research the viability of a new program or initiative; compile and present statistics.
- Clean up, edit and update a database.
- Conduct a failure analysis and investigation.
- Evaluate and improve efficiency, streamline programs, or cut costs.
- Perform a study or survey; analyze and present results.
- Compile employee manuals or develop process directions for tasks.
- Conduct a cost benefit analysis to upgrade on a specific material/machine.
- Design tooling or ground support equipment.
- Work on a continuous improvement project resulting in a measurable improvement.
- Carries out other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):
- Completion of two years of education in engineering related curriculum
- Project Management Experience with CAD and simulation software
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and 5S Principles
- Lean Green Belt Certification preferred
- Project Experience in manufacturing setting preferred
- The ability to read and interpret manuals, technical drawings, and blueprints.
- The ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
- The ability to lift up to 50lbs without assistance.
- The ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident
