What you’ll be doing: 

  • The Advisory Corporate Finance Winter Intern will be responsible for assisting with Corporate Finance client initiatives, and various special projects as needed. 
  • Summarizing & interpreting relevant financial information and records
  • Developing accounting, financial and economic analysis
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports.  

We’re looking for someone who has: 

We are currently looking for winter internship professionals to join our Advisory Corporate Finance Team in Winter 2025. This is a part--time internship that will begin in January and end in May. 


Required Qualifications:

  • Current Junior or Senior (Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline) 
  • Strong academic track record (Minimum GPA: 3.0) 
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Final Graduation of December 2025 through September 2026 
  • Strong MS Excel and MS Word  
  • Strong time management and organizational skills 
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and with a team 
  • Great communication, leadership, and analytical skills 

Summer Internship Details: 

  • Have the availability to work in a hybrid setting for a minimum of 20 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm   
  • Live in commutable distance to your assigned office  
  • Work a minimum of 2-3 business days per week in-person at your assigned office  
  • Ability to complete the entire Winter Internship Program starting on January 13, 2025
