Marketing Intern

ADT

Location: Boca Raton, FL

Format: In-Person Monday – Wednesday; Remote on Thursdays and Fridays*

Dates: May 19th – July 31st, 2025

About the Program:

At ADT our interns innovate, collaborate, and contribute to critical projects that drive our business forward. You’ll have the unique opportunity to meet with our executive leaders, gain insights into various areas of our business, and participate in community service projects, all while working on initiatives that deliver tangible business results.

Areas of Focus:

As a Marketing intern at ADT, you will support our team in one of the following areas, among others:

Contact Marketing: Develop and distribute compelling messaging through email, SMS, and direct mail to engage customers and build brand loyalty.

Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize online campaigns across various digital channels, including search engines, social media, and email.

Market Research & Analytics: Gather, analyze, and interpret data to provide insights that inform marketing strategies and business decisions.

Event Marketing: Plan, organize, and execute events that showcase ADT’s offerings and engage with our target audience.

What You Need to Be Successful:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field, with a graduation date between May 2025 and June 2026.
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher

What Will Set You Apart:

  • Experience with market research, content creation, social media, or event planning.
  • Active involvement in a marketing or communications student club or organization.
  • Prior internship or work experience.
  • A portfolio demonstrating your school projects or prior work, showcasing your abilities and experience in relevant areas.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently, managing tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude that thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Details:

  • Compensation: $22/hour for undergraduates, $25/hour for those who have obtained a Bachelor’s degree and are enrolled in a graduate program.
  • Work Schedule: A 40-hour workweek is expected, with interns on-site from Monday to Wednesday, and if no team meetings or events are scheduled, the option to work remotely on Thursdays and Fridays.
  • Housing allowance and relocation assistance are not offered for Internship roles.

Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required, as we do not offer sponsorship.
  • Must be available for the entire duration of the internship program, from May 19-July 31
