  • Support the planning and execution of employee-focused events and engagement initiatives, both in-person and virtual.
  • Assist in curating and delivering messages for key company updates, policies, and culture-building initiatives across all locations.
  • Ensure consistency with organizational and brand guidelines in all employee communications.

Marketing & External Communications:

  • Work closely with the Marketing team to create impactful content for external audiences, including print collateral, digital and print ads, email campaigns, and more.
  • Assist with social media content creation for our corporate platforms and e-commerce business.
  • Manage and report on social media and website analytics, providing actionable insights to improve external engagement.
  • Contribute to marketing campaigns, including product launches, corporate branding efforts, and client-facing communications.
  • Support the Marketing team in developing materials for trade shows, corporate events, and customer-facing presentations.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and tools for managing content and reporting analytics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to tailor content to both internal and external audiences.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and work independently.
