Position Overview: DreamLoad Ventures is seeking a motivated and dynamic Corporate Partnership Coordinator to drive our efforts in building relationships with corporate partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing potential corporate donors and developing strategies to engage them in supporting our mission. Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Research and Identification:

• Conduct thorough research to identify potential corporate partners whose values align with DreamLoad Ventures.
• Compile a list of targeted companies and maintain an up-to-date database of prospects.

Outreach and Engagement:

• Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage potential corporate partners, including crafting persuasive outreach materials and presentations.
• Initiate and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in identified companies through emails, calls, and in-person meetings.

Proposal Development:

• Collaborate with the DreamLoad Ventures team to create tailored partnership proposals that outline the mutual benefits of collaboration.
• Present partnership opportunities to potential corporate partners, emphasizing our mission and the impact of their contributions.

Partnership Management:

• Assist in managing existing corporate partnerships to ensure fulfillment of partnership agreements and maximize engagement.
• Work with the team to recognize and acknowledge corporate partners’ contributions through various platforms and events.

Event Support:

• Coordinate corporate partner-related events, including sponsorship opportunities and recognition ceremonies, to strengthen relationships and demonstrate gratitude.
• Attend networking events and conferences to represent DreamLoad Ventures and foster new connections with corporate representatives.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Monitor and evaluate partnership outcomes, providing regular reports on progress toward partnership goals.
• Analyze data related to partnerships and donations to inform future strategies and improve outreach efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in corporate fundraising, business development, or partnership management is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• A passion for community service and a desire to promote social change.
