About the Role:
You will report into the Risk & Research Proposition team, within Customer and Market Research. You will assist in researching market and customer trends. You will understand our business objectives and strategically analyze relevant data to help us improve product and sales initiatives. You will interpret large quantities of data from across internal and external tools and content, and communicate findings to our global teams across Dow Jones.
This role is hybrid, based in the New York City office.
You Will:
Perform quantitative and qualitative research into customers, competitors, and the marketplace
Create reports, presentations, and action items based on collected data
Understand business objectives and design polls or surveys to gain insights into prospective customers’ preferences
You Have:
Completed at least two years of your education towards your Bachelor’s degree
Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Great capacity to understand and relay complex data across industries
Superb ability to multitask while paying attention to detail
Deep experience with Google Sheets, Tableau, Salesforce.com, search engines, and web analytics
