Overview:
We are offering a full-time, unpaid internship for individuals who aspire to be future CEOs and are ready to take on the challenge of managing store operations in a fast-paced, growing company. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing teams, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. Key Details:

• Position: Unpaid Full-Time Internship
• Hours: Monday to Friday, with regular team meetings scheduled during the week to assess progress and assign new tasks.
• Meeting Duration: 1-hour daily meetings (NYC time) to review tasks, set goals, and ensure the store runs smoothly.
• Internship Duration: Now through December 31 or May 31 (based on your availability)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Store Operations Management:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Manage all aspects of store performance, from inventory management to customer service, to drive sales and optimize operations.
• Ensure that all store tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
2. Team Leadership & Collaboration:
• Lead and manage store teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned with business goals and performing at their best.
• Delegate tasks effectively, monitor team performance, and provide support where needed to help achieve success.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, encouraging teamwork and collaboration among team members.
3. Time & Task Management:
• Manage your time and your team’s time effectively to ensure all deadlines are met and tasks are completed.
• Prioritize daily tasks and ensure that key objectives are being met on time and with quality.
• Use tools and systems to track task progress and report back to leadership during daily meetings.
4. Strategic Planning & Problem Solving:
• Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans to improve store operations and drive business growth.
• Identify operational challenges and problem-solve on the spot to maintain smooth store functionality.
• Continuously seek ways to improve processes, optimize productivity, and enhance customer experience.
5. Project & Task Execution:
• Work on assigned projects and initiatives to ensure the store continues to grow and meet business objectives.
• Execute tasks with precision and attention to detail, ensuring that all deliverables meet high-quality standards.
• Be proactive in identifying new tasks or areas where improvement can be made.
6. Communication & Reporting:
• Ensure open and clear communication with all team members and upper management, keeping everyone informed of progress, issues, and successes.
• Participate in daily meetings to report on the store’s performance, provide updates, and discuss future goals.
• Create regular reports on team performance, store operations, and task completion.
