Appointment Generator (Cold Calling Sales)

About:

I run a growing PPC advertising agency, and believe in cutting through the nonsense. Most "salespeople" are nothing more than order takers, sweating through their call list and hoping business miraculously lands in their lap. That’s not selling, and it won’t get you ahead.

 

If you want to actually learn how to sell, this is your chance. It won’t be easy. This isn’t your safe college sales club and it’s not the 99% of “sales experts” who give me weird vibes and for whom I would never take their calls.

 

This internship will push you, challenge you, and force you to face rejection. But if you have the guts to handle it, you’ll be lightyears ahead of your peers who are stuck playing it safe.

 

I am hiring multiple people for this position so this post will always be accurate, refreshed and up-to-date.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Make 250 to 500+ cold calls per week (depending on your hours). You’ll be challenging decision-makers, qualifying them, and setting real appointments.
  • If you’re used to dodging rejection or playing it safe, that won’t work here. You’ll need to face objections head-on, learn to ask tough questions, and turn rejection into opportunity.
  • Track your progress using Google Sheets. You’ll be accountable for every call you make and every result you get.
  • Participate in weekly feedback sessions where we’ll discuss your performance and how to adjust so you can grow and get better. I will be a mentor to you.

 

Compensation:

  • $75 per attended appointment
  • $150 per closed deal
  • Milestone Bonus: Earn an extra $500 every time you set 30 appointments and/or $3,000 in closed deals- because those who can sell deserve to be rewarded.
  • Full-Time Opportunity: If you do really well during your internship, I’ll offer you either: a full-time position in the same role with the addition of a base salary and benefits package OR a promotion to sales closer in a full-time position with a base salary plus commission and benefits package.

 

Requirements:

  • Must have a U.S. phone number.
  • Must be available to commit to at least 15 total hours per week between the times of 9am EST and 9pm EST (the more you work, the faster you learn and earn).
  • No prior sales experience required, but you need to be ready to ditch the order-taker mindset and learn how to really sell.
  • You must be driven by growth and results.
  • You must be comfortable with doing a guided meditation before each calling session.
