The Internship:
Gallagher Bassett is looking for an intern for the 2025 summer. The Product Business Analyst Intern role will work alongside the Luminos Product Manager to identify user needs and determine solutions to user problems through data analysis, process improvements, and technology. This role is perfect for someone who is analytical and often thinks about how products fill customer needs.

Responsibilities:
- Investigate and identify opportunities to enhance Luminos’s user experience
- Perform root cause analysis to explain drivers of trends
- Understand key insights derived from analysis
- Package insights from analyses into professional, polished materials
- Present insights to Product Manager and other stakeholders
- Clearly describe analysis and insights
- Work cross-functionally with IT departments to gather requirements to make enhancements to the user experience
Requirements:
- Strong academic track record
- Area of study in Technology, Insurance and/or Marketing Analytics
- Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint; ideally SQL
