As a Customer Success Specialist Intern, you will assist our team in driving successful customer adoption and utilization of McGraw Hill’s medical education content. You will work closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure a positive customer experience with our solutions. You will gain experience in customer engagement, product knowledge, and sales operations.

As a Customer Success Specialist Intern, You'll participate in onboarding customer training and user support, directly contributing to the success and satisfaction of clients. Additionally, you'll develop impactful support materials that will enhance your portfolio, showcasing your skills and creativity and have the opportunity to gain valuable experience across all aspects of a customer success team. This internship will not only deepen your understanding of customer success strategies but also equip you with the tools needed for a successful career in the field!
This is a 10-week summer internship from June 9th – August 22nd and is a remote internship. Candidates need to currently be pursuing a degree within the United States.
What You’ll Do:
- Support Customer Success and Sales teams in preparing product demonstrations and customer presentations, as well as creating onboarding materials, product training documentation, and other instructional resources to enhance the library of customer self-help tools
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to gather and analyze customer needs, helping ensure the right solutions are proposed
- Participate in customer onboarding and training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of our educational solutions with a focus on course integration with our platforms/content
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to develop compelling, effective online asynchronous learning modules in LMS platforms
What We’re Looking For:
- Enrolled in a graduate degree program in instructional design and technology, curriculum and instruction, or related fields
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems, online course development and technology, and instructional techniques
- Self-motivated with a customer-first mindset and excellent communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills for working in a collaborative environment
- It is helpful to have some experience and/or knowledge of or education in medical/health sciences education

The pay range for this position is between $18-$20/hour, however, pay offered may vary depending on degree pursuing, knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
