Brassclub Elite Internship: Group Management & Planning Team (10 Positions)

We are now introducing a highly important role at Brassclub: the Group Management & Planning Team. This team will be responsible for overseeing the coordination, execution, and progress of all other departments, ensuring that projects are running smoothly and meeting their objectives. If you have strong leadership skills, are detail-oriented, and can think strategically, this is the team for you.

This internship is unpaid and designed for those who want to learn by doing while taking on serious responsibilities that impact the entire organization.

Group Management & Planning Team (10 Positions)

This role involves strategic oversight and coordination across all teams. You will ensure that all projects stay on track and meet deadlines, while also generating new ideas to improve efficiency and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop detailed plans for ongoing and upcoming projects, setting clear goals and timelines.

• Team Coordination: Ensure all departments (Sales, IT, Customer Service, etc.) are aligned with the overall goals and timelines.

• Monitor Progress: Track the progress of projects, identify any delays or obstacles, and recommend solutions.

• Problem Solving: Address bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and challenges across teams to keep everything moving forward smoothly.

• Idea Generation: Regularly propose new ideas to enhance operations, increase efficiency, and improve project outcomes.

• Report & Feedback: Provide regular updates to leadership on project statuses, suggesting improvements or adjustments where necessary.

• Quality Control: Ensure that all teams are following through on their tasks and that deliverables meet the required standards.

This role is crucial for the overall success of Brassclub’s operations, as you’ll be ensuring that everything is running according to plan and that every department is meeting its goals.

Weekend Edition

For those who have commitments during the week, we offer a Weekend Edition. Join us on Saturday and Sunday from 9 AM - 4 PM, where you’ll be expected to manage, plan, and execute the same high-level tasks as the weekday team.
