Brassclub Elite Internship: Sales Agents (5 Positions)
Brassclub is seeking highly motivated and skilled Sales Agents to join our team. This full-time, unpaid internship is designed for individuals who are ready to take on the critical role of handling all sales inquiries, managing contracts, and coordinating instrument listings on consignment. You will be working directly with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure smooth and successful transactions across our platform.
This is an opportunity to be at the forefront of sales operations, managing our listings, negotiating deals, and ensuring our clients receive the best possible service. We are looking for individuals who are proactive, confident, and driven to take ownership of the entire sales process.
Responsibilities:
• Manage Inquiries: Handle all incoming sales inquiries regarding instrument listings, consignment opportunities, and product availability.
• Contracts & Agreements: Draft, review, and finalize contracts with vendors, partners, and customers to ensure smooth transactions.
• Consignment Listings: Oversee all instruments and products on consignment, ensuring they are listed accurately and promptly across all platforms.
• Outreach & Communication: Call, email, and reach out to potential buyers, sellers, and partners to expand Brassclub’s network and complete transactions.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Track all sales leads, follow up on inquiries, and ensure that every potential deal is pursued to completion.
• Vendor Relations: Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure a seamless consignment and sales process.
• Reporting & Follow-Up: Provide regular updates to management on sales activities, deal status, and potential opportunities.
Requirements:
• Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales, particularly in musical instruments or e-commerce, is preferred but not mandatory for driven candidates.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for reaching out to clients and closing deals.
• Proactive & Confident: Must be comfortable making calls, sending emails, and initiating contact with potential clients, vendors, and partners.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple sales inquiries, contracts, and listings simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Full-Time Commitment: Must be available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 3 PM (New York Time), with additional availability as needed to complete sales tasks.
• Unpaid Internship: This is an unpaid role designed for individuals who want to gain serious experience in sales, client relations, and consignment management.
