Duties
- Provides expertise in the development of planning disciplines, priorities, and analytical approaches for the design, development, testing and implementation of programmatic and administrative systems.
- Provides expertise in the planning, installation, testing, operation, troubleshooting, integrating, and maintenance of COTS hardware and software systems.
- Provides software applications expertise at technical discussions and negotiations with other Agency components whose work interfaces with or impacts on systems operations or processes in the incumbent's area of responsibility.

In addition, to qualify for this GS-13 level position, applicants must possess and demonstrate 52 weeks of specialized experience at, or equivalent to, the GS-12 level in the Federal government that is in or related to the work of the position to be filled and has equipped applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such IT-related experience must include:
- developing applications in Pega and Angular to support large scale applications
AND
- using web services/APIs or event driven architecture to integrate with related applications.
