Citi Early ID Program
We are excited to announce the launch of the 2025 Citi Early ID program, designed for sophomores interested in exploring career paths. This program aims to connect students with valuable experiences that will help them develop their skills and prepare for future careers.
Program Highlights:
- Mentorship: Participants are paired with analysts to gain one-on-one guidance and support
- Interview Preparation: Students receive comprehensive training to prepare them for future hiring opportunities
- Exposure to Financial Industry: We partner with companies and leaders who specialize in training students
Office Hours:
To help you learn more about our business and make an informed decision about the track you want to pursue, we will be hosting office hours throughout the application process. Register here to attend and gain deeper insights into the different business functions. Office ours will run throughout application period through the deadline, so be sure to attend and get the answers you need!
Application Process:
- Citi's Early ID Leadership Program is designed for undergraduate sophomores. The program consists of virtual mentorship, technical training, and intense interview preparation for the 2026 Summer Analyst interview process. As part of this application, you will have the opportunity to apply to a specific business track aligned with your career interest. By filling out the below link application, you are applying to that business specific track.
- Each business track has its own unique application, so be sure the details you provide reflect your interest in the track you’re applying to. Throughout the program, you’ll engage in opportunities and training to accelerate your professional development. By applying to your chosen business track, you’re taking the first step toward building a successful career in your field of interest. - If you wish to apply to more than one, you will need to complete a separate application for each track.
- Candidates may apply to up to two (2) lines of businesses MAX within the Early ID Program and will be considered equally for both businesses. Please see participating businesses with links to apply below:

- Students who apply to more than 2 businesses will be ineligible for the Early ID Program
- Once application closes, all eligible candidates will receive a follow up survey to confirm their inclusion network track and preference on business track based on their career interests, ensuring they receive targeted mentorship and exposure to their chosen field. This dual-track approach allows students to benefit from specific guidance throughout the program.
