The ideal candidate has interest in:

  • Researching and drafting legislation
  • Reaching out to congressional offices
  • Writing position papers
  • Conducting historical research
  • Public policy ie: criminal justice reform
  • Important historical milestone and how that shaped current events
  • International relations
