Internship in Accounting and HR
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Human Resources or a related field
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of basic accounting principles
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Update employee database
- Gather payroll data
- Screen resumes
- Assist with HR-related reports.
- New hire onboarding
- Post journal entries
- Assist AP & Billing
- Support day-to-day admin duties
- Assist with employee benefits
- Team collaboration
Availability:
- Part-time during the school year
- Full-time during the summer months
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with Controller, Payroll Manager, Billings Manager, HR Director, and VP of Finance and Administration.
Note: This is an internship position, providing an opportunity for mentoring and hands-on experience in the field of accounting.
