Brand Manager Intern

Bad Kids Korporation Internship Program Position Title: Brand Manager Intern for a Music Icon Supervisor: Tani Saeun, Creative Director Duration: 6 Months from Date of Signing Hours: 20-25 hours per week (Primarily Task-Based) Location: Remote, with Some Opportunities for In-Person Collaboration Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Brand Manager Intern to support the brand development and management of a world-renowned music icon. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in brand strategy, marketing campaigns, social media engagement, and content development. You will work closely with our team to ensure the artist’s brand remains consistent, relevant, and engaging to a global audience. Key Responsibilities: ● Brand Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing branding strategies that align with the music icon’s vision and career goals. Maintain a consistent brand image across all platforms and communications. ● Social Media Management: Create and schedule engaging social media content, monitor engagement metrics, and interact with followers to boost online presence. Stay updated on social media trends and suggest innovative content ideas. ● Content Creation: Collaborate with the design and content teams to create promotional materials, including graphics, videos, and written content, that amplify the music icon’s brand. ● Campaign Management: Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including product launches, album releases, and brand partnerships. Track and report on campaign performance metrics. ● Public Relations: Assist in managing media relations, including drafting press releases, coordinating interviews, and maintaining a press contact list. ● Event Coordination: Help organize and promote in-person and virtual events, ensuring they align with the brand's aesthetic and messaging. This includes album release parties, meet-and-greets, and exclusive experiences. ● Partnership Development: Research and identify potential brand partnerships and sponsorship opportunities. Support outreach efforts and assist in managing collaborations. ● Brand Monitoring: Track and analyze brand mentions, public sentiment, and competitor activity to make data-driven recommendations for brand growth. ● Merchandising: Assist in developing and promoting branded merchandise, ensuring designs and messaging are on-brand and resonate with the fanbase. ● Fan Engagement: Create strategies to engage the fan community, including interactive content, giveaways, and personalized experiences that deepen the artist-fan relationship. ● Administrative Tasks: Organize brand assets, maintain project timelines, and assist with administrative tasks as needed. Requirements: ● Passion for Music & Branding: A deep interest in music and the entertainment industry, with a strong understanding of brand management principles. ● Creativity & Innovation: Ability to think creatively and contribute fresh ideas to elevate the brand’s presence and engagement. ● Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write compelling content and communicate effectively with team members. ● Social Media Savvy: Familiarity with all major social media platforms and an understanding of how to leverage them for brand growth. ● Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously. ● Graphic Design Knowledge: Basic skills in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) are a plus. ● Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make informed recommendations for brand strategy improvements. ● Team Player: Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment and receptive to feedback. ● Self-Starter: A proactive approach to problem-solving and a high level of self-motivation to complete tasks independently.
