We are seeking a high-level Business Program Manager intern that will support multiple projects focused on supporting DEI strategy and the four (4) Pillars: Talent, Culture, Community and Marketplace. You'll interact with senior leadership and other high-level stakeholders and provide support to the DEI and Talent Teams.
About the Role
- Research current events and trends in DEI and Talent
- Assist with planning large scale meetings and team outings
- Monitor and provide updates on DEI Internal website
- Attend some meetings on DEI's behalf
- Maintain the TMRN distribution list
- Monitor and manage the TMRN support inbox
- Monitor TMRN Teams channels
- Complete monthly data analysis for the TMRNs
- Take notes and provide recaps for DEI and Talent meetings
- Assist in learning and development strategy by watching and evaluating training courses and micro-learnings
About You
- 2 years of professional work experience and/ or a college junior or above
- 1 year of education in Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Marketing, Human Resources, Communications or Business preferred
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel
- Self-motivated and self-starter
- High-level problem-solving skills
- High-level critical thinking skills
- Ability to multitask and balance multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Strong business acumen
- Strong research and writing skills
