Role Overview:
The Musicians Club is seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Project Manager to oversee critical projects across multiple departments. This role is central to our mission of becoming the world’s largest music business, as it ensures that all projects are executed with precision, on time, and in alignment with our strategic goals. The Senior Project Manager will work closely with team leaders and the executive team to maintain seamless operations, tracking every project through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Oversight and Coordination:
• Manage end-to-end execution of high-priority projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within scope.
• Collaborate with team leaders to establish project timelines, define goals, and allocate resources effectively.
• Provide daily and weekly project updates to the executive team, identifying any risks or delays early.
2. Task Tracking and Accountability:
• Utilize project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) to monitor all project phases, assign tasks, and prioritize workload based on project deadlines.
• Implement and enforce task completion checklists and follow-up procedures, ensuring team members are held accountable for their responsibilities.
• Facilitate peer review processes and quality checks for key project deliverables to uphold high standards.
3. Communication and Status Reporting:
• Conduct regular check-ins with teams to track progress, address blockers, and adjust project timelines as needed.
• Maintain structured and transparent communication channels, ensuring all team members are aligned on project expectations and deadlines.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive project status reports, highlighting accomplishments, challenges, and upcoming milestones.
4. Process Improvement and Efficiency:
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline project workflows and reduce bottlenecks.
• Develop standardized templates and documentation for project management processes, fostering consistency across departments.
• Work with the executive team to optimize project management practices, ensuring every project aligns with company growth objectives.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in project management, preferably with a strong academic or professional background in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello), with the ability to organize complex projects and track multiple moving parts.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the capacity to manage high workloads and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, capable of effectively coordinating with multiple teams and presenting project updates to executive leadership.
