This internship is for driven, ambitious individuals who are ready to jump into an intense, hands-on sales experience. As a sales intern, you’ll play a key role in expanding our reach and connecting with potential clients through direct, proactive outreach. The role requires resilience, a positive attitude, and comfort with high volumes of cold calling. This is an opportunity to develop critical sales skills and gain real-world experience in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
• Make daily cold calls to potential clients to introduce them to our products and services.
• Gain a deep understanding of our offerings, value propositions, and market strategies.
• Identify decision-makers, bypass gatekeepers, and present compelling pitches to prospective clients.
• Record and track outreach results, client feedback, and conversion rates in our CRM system.
• Schedule follow-up calls, meetings, and demos for leads interested in learning more.
• Collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies and identify ways to improve conversion rates.
• Meet daily and weekly outreach targets, maintaining a self-motivated and goal-oriented approach.
Requirements
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Comfortable with cold calling and handling rejection professionally.
• Ability to work independently and stay driven by personal goals.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and persistence in a high-volume outreach role.
• Good time management skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of CRM software (preferred but not required).
