#### Internship Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented interns to join our Computer Tech and Logistics team. This is a hands-on role designed for those who are passionate about e-commerce management, product logistics, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our operations. You will work closely with our team to manage product uploads, optimize logistics, and maintain high standards of security across our platforms.

#### Key Responsibilities

- **E-commerce Management:**

  - Assist with the configuration and optimization of shipping settings for various products.

  - Manually upload thousands of products weekly, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

  - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to product listings and logistics settings.

- **Logistics Optimization:**

  - Develop and implement strategies to streamline the logistics and shipping processes.

  - Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders, coordinating with shipping providers as needed.

  - Monitor and analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.

- **Security Protocol Implementation:**

  - Conduct regular security audits to ensure compliance with the latest standards and practices.

  - Implement security protocols to protect customer data and transaction information.

  - Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to address any identified vulnerabilities.

- **Incident Response:**

  - Monitor security alerts and respond promptly to any incidents.

  - Analyze and document any security breaches, identifying the source and impact.

  - Implement recovery plans and ensure systems are promptly restored to secure states.

#### Qualifications

- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Logistics, or a related field.

- Proven experience or coursework in e-commerce, logistics, and cybersecurity.

- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Wix) is a plus.

- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.

- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.

- Effective communication and teamwork skills.

- Age limit: 26 years old or younger.
