Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 3 PM (NYC Time)

Duration: Now through July 15, 2025

About The Musicians Club Lesson Platform

The Musicians Club Lesson Platform is set to become the premier online hub for music education, connecting students with world-class instructors across a range of instruments and music disciplines. Our goal is to grow this platform to be the go-to destination for music lessons globally, and for that, we need an elite, high-impact marketing team. This team will be responsible for driving awareness, engagement, and revenue by executing a comprehensive marketing strategy and working to achieve ambitious goals.


 

What We’re Looking For

We are accepting only 10 of the best, most driven interns with a passion for marketing, social media, and the music industry. Ideal candidates are innovative, results-oriented, and ready to dive into a fast-paced environment. Each team member will have significant responsibility, working together to develop and execute high-impact campaigns that elevate The Musicians Club’s visibility and brand reputation.


 

Role Expectations & Responsibilities


 

1. Content Creation & Management

• Develop engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) that promotes The Musicians Club Lesson Platform.

• Create educational and promotional videos, reels, graphics, and blog posts that highlight the platform’s offerings, features, and success stories.

• Establish and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent, strategic posts aligned with marketing goals.

2. Social Media Strategy & Engagement

• Implement and manage social media campaigns that increase platform awareness and engagement.

• Build and nurture an online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments, and fostering conversations around music education.

• Identify and leverage current trends to maximize reach and impact on each social media platform.

3. Email Marketing & CRM

• Develop and execute email campaigns targeting prospective students, instructors, and partners.

• Create segmented email lists and personalized email sequences to enhance engagement and conversion rates.

• Track and analyze email campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve open rates, click-throughs, and sign-ups.

4. SEO & Website Optimization

• Conduct keyword research to improve the platform’s search engine visibility and optimize content for SEO.

• Work on landing pages and blog posts to drive organic traffic to the lesson platform.

• Collaborate with web developers to ensure the site is optimized for conversion and easy navigation.

5. Paid Advertising & Campaign Management

• Set up, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram.

• Track ad performance, adjust targeting and budgeting as necessary, and report on ROI for all campaigns.

• Experiment with various ad formats, including video, carousel, and retargeting ads, to identify what drives the most conversions.

6. Influencer & Partnerships Outreach

• Identify and connect with music influencers, educators, and relevant brands to build partnerships that expand our reach.

• Coordinate collaborative content, cross-promotions, and influencer takeovers to enhance brand visibility.

• Track the impact of influencer collaborations and adjust outreach strategies for maximum engagement.

7. Market Research & Analytics

• Conduct market research to understand audience demographics, interests, and behavior patterns.

• Monitor competitor activities, identifying opportunities to differentiate The Musicians Club and capitalize on market gaps.

• Use analytics tools to track campaign performance, assess KPIs, and provide reports that inform strategy adjustments.

8. Brand Voice & Positioning

• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels, ensuring all communications align with The Musicians Club’s identity and values.

• Develop messaging that resonates with both students and instructors, highlighting the platform’s unique benefits and opportunities.

• Work on storytelling campaigns that showcase student success stories and instructor expertise.


 

Requirements


 

• Proven interest or experience in marketing, social media, or content creation.

• Strong communication, writing, and visual storytelling skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Passion for the music industry and understanding of the online lesson platform market.

• Familiarity with marketing tools and analytics software is a plus.
