Marketing & Insights Analyst Intern

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to gather, analyze, and visualize industry trends and insights.
  • Engage potential clients and business partners persistently through various channels such as emails, LinkedIn InMails, and cold calls.
  • Implement and execute marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Promote the company's products and services through various platforms including LinkedIn, company websites, and newsletters.
  • Create high-quality data visualizations and quantitative analytic charts to support business insights.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives.
  • Utilize tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and Figma to create visually compelling reports and infographics.
  • Optimize marketing content through SEO strategies to increase engagement and visibility.
  • Collaborate with the BD team to analyze market demand and support client outreach strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s student majoring in Business Analytics, Marketing, UI/UX, or related fields.
  • Basic graphic design proficiency, with experience in Figma, Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.
  • Understanding of SEO practices to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Market knowledge and experience in the AI, tech, or recruitment industry is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Prior experience in market research, data visualization, or content marketing.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to convey insights effectively.
  • Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies is a plus.
  • Experience in the AI, tech, or recruiting industry is a bonus.
