Video Production Intern

Company Overview:
The Center for Societal Aspiration (CSA) is a startup 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to rehabilitating vulnerable members of the community, including those facing addiction, homelessness, and poverty, through socially driven technology.


Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented and creative Video Production Intern to join our team. This intern will play a key role in creating engaging animations and multimedia content that bring CSA’s mission to life and connect with our audiences. This internship is an excellent opportunity to hone your animation skills, build a meaningful portfolio, and contribute to an impactful cause.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Video Production:
Assist with pre-production, production, and post-production of videos that highlight CSA's mission, programs, events, and success stories.

Editing and Post-Production:
Edit raw footage to create engaging, polished content for various digital platforms, including social media, newsletters, and our website.

Story Development:
Collaborate on storytelling ideas and concepts, helping to script, storyboard, and structure content for compelling visual narratives.

Brand Consistency:
Ensure all video content aligns with CSA's brand identity and values, contributing to a cohesive and recognizable visual style across all platforms.

Collaborative Projects:
Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop video ideas that support campaigns, events, and fundraising efforts.

Feedback and Revisions:
Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine video content, ensuring it aligns with CSA's mission and goals.

Stay Current:
Keep up-to-date with trends in video production and editing to bring fresh, innovative ideas to CSA's video content.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Media Arts, Film Production, Visual Communications, or a related field.

Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).

Experience in video production, including shooting, lighting, sound, and editing.

Strong portfolio showcasing video production skills and creativity.

Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for nonprofit work and a commitment to making a positive impact.
