Intern/Coop Engineering

What You'll Do as an Intern/Coop persuing and Engineering Degree:  

• Defining project scope
• Prepare cost estimates
• Produce required project construction drawing using AutoCAD
• Purchasing Equipment and Services
• Managing construction, and equipment start-up
• Hands-on Experience; work on real projects

What You'll Need: 

• Able to work a flexible schedule to include 40-hour work weeks appropriate semesters
• Knowledge of processes in Michrosoft windows, engineering software such as Auto CAD and Solid Works
• Able to follow safety regulations and participate in CMC Safety programs
• Ability to understand and apply ISO work instructions and standard operating practices and procedures
• Use good decision making and problem solving skills to understand and meet customer expectations
• Work in varying temperature and weather conditions
• Understanding of Manufacturing and Continous Improve processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly motivated, and a self-starter
• Able to work in a team environment
• Must be able to bend, stoop, push, pull, lift, kneel, squat, crawl and reach
