As an intern on the Workplace Communications team, you’ll play a pivotal role by supporting our client-facing teams on engagement programs designed to improve participant retirement readiness and overall financial well-being. 

   

In addition to an earnest desire to help people, we are looking for the ideal candidate to complement the team’s existing talents. For this Workplace Communications intern role, we are seeking a candidate with proven project management, as well as verbal and written communication skills to help advance our participant engagement and business results. If you are a highly organized, detail-oriented person with a strong interest in communications programs and client relationship management, this may be an opportunity for you!  

     

Responsibilities:  

Support our Communications team managers and strategist in their client engagement work, which may include:

  • Research on data and metrics
  • Communications program setup
  • Content reviews & Compliance submissions
  • Program reporting
  • Database (Salesforce) inputs and reporting
  • Additional ad-hoc project management and communications maintenance duties to be identified based on real-time needs  

 

Requirements:

  • Rising Sophomore or Junior
  • Communications, or related majors preferred. 
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a high interest in learning in a fast-paced environment 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); comfort with Adobe Acrobat
