Sales & Operations Intern

Location: Remote – United States 
Duration: 12 weeks - cohorts starting in May or June (37.5 hours per week)

2025 Summer Intern Program – Sales & Operations 
This program offers hands-on experience across multiple departments within our Commercial organization. This group is great for students passionate about Outbound Sales, Inside Sales, Sales Enablement & Training, or Business Development and Consulting. The internship program includes comprehensive orientation, networking opportunities, career planning sessions, and collaborative projects. 

 

Roles and Responsibilities 
Interns will join one of the following teams, completing meaningful projects that align with key business initiatives: 

  • Outbound Sales (Enterprise & Key Accounts) 
  • Inside Sales 
  • Sales Enablement 
  • Sales Education/Training 
  • Global Professional Services (Consulting) 
  • Business Development 

The nature of the role may vary, from direct sales teams focused on prospecting to operations-focused teams creating and managing content and research. Depending on the team you join, responsibilities may include: 

  • Assisting the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities 
  • Supporting the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts 
  • Supporting the sales teams in managing and ensuring customer success 
  • Creating training materials, videos and internal resources for sales, business development, certification programs, or other internal processes depending on the team 

 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Current students pursuing a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • Strong interest in 1) sales, customer engagement and business strategy or 2) operations, eLearning and content creation. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
