What You’ll Do:

Launch and Grow Your Chapter

  • Register your chapter as a student organization with full support from SCLA’s national team.
  • Collaborate with students, faculty, and campus organizations to champion SCLA’s mission.

Host Memorable Events

  • Plan and execute 1–2 engaging member events per semester. From professional workshops to networking sessions, your creativity will drive success.

Develop Marketing and Outreach Skills

  • Use tools like Canva to create graphics, videos, and promotional materials. Prior marketing or social media experience is a bonus!

Engage and Inspire

  • Build lasting relationships with peers and faculty while fostering a culture of personal and professional growth on campus.

Collaborate Nationwide

  • Connect virtually with other Chapter Presidents to exchange ideas and work together on cross-campus initiatives.

Drive SCLA’s Future Success

  • Provide input on new programs and initiatives that enhance career outcomes for students nationwide.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Majors: Business, Marketing, Leadership, Hospitality, or related fields (but all majors are welcome!).
  • Skills: Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
  • Experience: Bonus if you’ve worked on social media campaigns or marketing projects.
  • Academic Standing: Preferred GPA of 2.5 or higher.
