Are you looking to explore a successful career in technology talent solutions? We are looking for eager college students for our sales and recruiting internship for summer 2025. We offer you all the building blocks to learn the full lifecycle of the recruiting and sales process. We invite you to join our successful team and learn from the BEST in the industry. This is a paid internship which will provide you with the opportunity to demonstrate what you have learned, and show you have what it takes to earn a spot and convert to a full-time employee upon graduation.
OUR INTERNSHIP PROGRAM:
Our internship program will introduce you to the professional workforce and provide you with an extensive look into the world of IT consulting, recruiting and sales. This comprehensive training will include working with our top account executives, recruiting producers, and leaders. In this role you will get to apply what you learn and perform the real-life job duties alongside Eliassen’s top performers.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Learning about our internal sales tools, major clients, and sales pitch
- Sourcing and qualifying candidates
- Building confidence and a network through cold calling and referrals
- Learn how to communicate effectively with IT professionals
- Hitting daily performance metrics
THE IDEAL INTERN WILL BE:

- Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking on the phone for several hours a day

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
- Weekly pay, up to $20 per hour
- Additional variable compensation in the form of a bonus opportunity
- Contribute hours towards our student loan repayment program
- As a temporary role, there are no health benefits offered
REQUIREMENTS:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with a strong desire for a career in sales
