Northmarq is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Coordinator to support our data services team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage vendor licenses and contracts, ensuring compliance and timely renewals. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant will assist with Salesforce data maintenance and provide support to the Senior Manager of Data Services on various ad hoc projects. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our data management processes and vendor relationships.
*This position is an in-office position, with an immediate start date.
Position Responsibilities:
Vendor License & Contract Management
- Oversee the tracking, renewal, and management of vendor licenses and service contracts.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely renewals and compliance with contract terms.
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts, agreements, and related documentation.
- Liaise with legal and procurement departments for contract reviews, amendments, and negotiations.
Salesforce Data Maintenance
- Assist in maintaining data quality and integrity by identifying and correcting discrepancies.
- Support the implementation of data cleanup efforts and help ensure that Salesforce data aligns with business objectives.
Assist the Senior Manager of Data Services with various data-related projects as needed
- Assist with ad hoc projects related to data services, vendor management and system improvements as directed by the Senior Manager of Data Services.
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation for the department.
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in contract management or data services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with handling digital files and records.
- Experience in vendor management, contract administration, or procurement.
- Basic understanding of data management principles and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms; experience with data entry and maintenance is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- This role requires collaboration with various internal departments and external vendors to ensure seamless management of vendor contracts and data-related tasks. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be eager to support the growth and success of the data services team.
