Field Service Engineering Intern - Spring 2025

We’re looking for a Field Support Intern to join our Customer Services Team in Rosemont, IL.

As a Field Support Intern, you’ll be responsible for supporting the Customer Services Team troubleshooting and resolving problems.

What you’ll do

  • Assist the team with documentation and reporting processes
  • Work closely with the Field Service Engineers to understand, troubleshoot and resolve problems with malfunctioning electro/mechanical equipment and software applications
  • Follow up on open issues with customers
  • Assist the team on continuous improvement projects

 

Your qualifications

  • Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelors’ Degree in a Technical Discipline
  • A skilled diplomatic communicator, both written and verbally
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office package
  • Previous internship in customer service a plus

 

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship

Pay Rate: $21 - $28 per hour (based on year of study)
