Smart Factory Site Lead (Project Role) - Leipsic, OH

This role is a project-based transformation role and has a current expected end date of ‘31st December 2026’. 

We’re looking for a Smart Factory Site Lead who will design, develop, test, and evaluate integrated systems for managing industrial production processes, including human work factors, quality control, inventory control, logistics and material flow, cost analysis, and production coordination. 

What are we looking for?  

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level.
• Ability to contribute the analysis of information, the specification of the methods, process steps, and the plant, machinery, and equipment.
• Strong skills in Engineering Technology, Design and Development
• Good in Manages Complexity and Decision Quality

What will be your key responsibilities?  

• You’ll plan and establish sequence of operations to fabricate and assemble parts or products and to promote efficient utilization.
• You’ll review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities.
• You’ll estimate production costs, cost saving methods, and the effects of product design changes on expenditures for management review, action, and control.
• You’ll make draft and design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency using drafting tools and computer.
• You’ll coordinate and implement quality control objectives, activities, or procedures to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, or minimize costs.
