Internship - Construction Management

The Project Intern position is an important function of our team in terms of working with Project Managers and Executives, Estimating and Accounting through inception and completion of Projects to ensure successful completion of assigned project.  

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

·       Assist the estimating team in creating location specific subcontractor list.

·       Input historical data.

·       Perform quantity take off.

·       Aid the estimating team in conceptual budgets.

·       Support the estimating team in writing draft contracts, check request, and RFI’s.

·       Work directly with the estimating team in generating subcontractor scopes of work.

·       Organize permitting documents, estimating forms, and subcontractor proposals.

·       Review the drawings and outline specifications to identify errors or omissions.

·       Assist the project team in tracking down required permits.

·       Gather, review, track and distribute RFI’s and submittals.
