Jr. Salesforce Developer 

Dearborn, MI (hybrid) 

$65,000+ 

Full-Time (40 hours/week) 

Start Date: January 13th, 2025

As an entry-level Salesforce Developer for this Fortune 500 automotive company, you’ll be joining a team that is centered around supporting, customizing, and improving consumer experience. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 

  • In the last semester of or having earned a completed bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, IT, etc). 
  • Proficiency in web development (JavaScript) 
  • Experience interfacing with customers or stakeholders 
  • BONUS: Previous exposure to Salesforce, understanding of A.I. or modeling 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Learn Salesforce development and support scaling of the Salesforce migration across the enterprise 
  • Become a subject matter expert in Salesforce, and help drive the adoption of the platform and its advancing capabilities with customer personalization 
  • Collaborate with other software engineers to deliver user stories. 
  • Assist in the adoption of Generative AI for more advanced customer personalization 
  • Work collaboratively with other teams across the enterprise to support and customize the entire customer journey
