About the Role

Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Data Analyst, you will:

• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance metrics.
• Assist in identifying trends, patterns, and correlations in data to support business decisions.
• Work closely with teams across departments to understand their data needs and provide solutions.

• Support senior analysts in executing advanced data projects and initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages like Python or R is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to convey data findings effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship or project experience in data analysis.
