Welcome Plan Collaborative Intern

The Welcome Plan Collaborative Intern will play a key role in supporting Welcome Plan Collaborative priority workgroups and special projects focused on fostering a welcoming and inclusive region for New Americans, Immigrants, and Refugees. This dynamic opportunity will offer 5 students hands-on experience in operationalizing a community initiative focused on community engagement, community safety, equitable access to services, educational outcomes, and economic potential.  This internship will provide students with professional experience, growth opportunities, networking with diverse service providers and allies, and skills in project management, community organizing, and event planning.


 
Key Duties Include:
 

• Collaborate with multi-sector teams to implement strategic priorities and initiatives and contribute to innovative solutions.
• Support communication efforts, including community surveys, content creation, website information updates, and strategies to support language translation services.
• Engage with community stakeholders and contribute to project management of external projects and partnerships.
• Perform other tasks as required and directed by the Welcome Plan Coordinator and Welcome Plan Communications Specialist.
