Summer Intern, Production Engineering - Inverter

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated summer intern to join our PE (Production Engineering) team at our automotive manufacturing facility. This role will support the Inverter PE team in ongoing improvement projects for the 2 existing production lines. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in the automotive industry and provides an opportunity to contribute to operational efficiency and productivity within our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with maintenance/team members to understand current line situation. 
  • Collect/ analyze data/Problem solve  to determine new action plans.I
  • Gain knowledge in PLC, Solidworks, 3D Printing, Design for manufacturing.
  • Document system processes, user guidelines, and troubleshooting procedures for future reference.
  • Communicate progress updates and project milestones to stakeholders and management.
