The role is designed to provide exposure to continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency projects aimed at optimizing processes, reducing waste, and improving productivity.

Key Expectations:

4. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams
Interns will interact with production operators, supervisors, engineers, and management teams. This collaboration ensures that solutions are practical and align with both frontline and strategic goals.

5. Exposure to Technology & Tools
Interns may gain hands-on experience with tools like AutoCAD for layout optimization, simulation software for process modelling, and ERP systems (like SAP) to understand production scheduling and inventory management.

6. Operational Excellence Frameworks
Interns will become familiar with Operational Excellence frameworks, including Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle to drive continuous improvement.

7. Learning & Mentorship
Interns will be paired with mentors or supervisors who will guide their development, provide feedback, and help them bridge the gap between classroom learning and industry practices.

8. Deliverables & Presentations
