About the Role:
- Learn about our business, the Marketing Automation Specialist role, and the tools used to drive the company forward, by attending meetings, setting up one-on-ones, knowledge shares and completing related trainings
- Develop multi-channel journeys, ensuring timely delivery, accuracy and personalized messaging
- Create reports and leverage analytics to monitor campaign performance and identify areas for optimization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for marketing automation initiatives
- Write technical documentation for new journeys and support continuous improvement of the team's overall marketing automation documentation libraries
- Collaborate with data partners to understand audience data models that support multi-channel campaigns
- Provide technical support and assistance for journeys and automations post-deployment
- Proactively identify problems and create solutions or process efficiencies across all channels
- Perform thorough testing and follow team QA policies on all journeys, automations, etc. to ensure accuracy when campaigns launch
- Leverage company-approved AI tools to innovate, drive efficiency and optimization
About You:
- Working towards a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Marketing or a related field
- Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation or email sending platforms
- Basic understanding of email marketing principles, email deliverability, industry best practices and engagement metrics and use of MarTech analytic tools
- Understanding of A/B testing methodologies across multiple channels
- Experience working with and managing audience data
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, SQL or scripting languages
- Understanding of quality assurance testing practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word, and Lucid or similar tooling
- Strong problem-solving, communication and analytic skills
- Self-directed approach to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
