Ever heard the expression “Drink from a fire hose”?  That's what this HR internship will be like.  Working for a small (<120) person company supporting an HR Generalist with responsibilities outside of HR, there are plenty of chances to grow, make mistakes, and learn from them.  

Must haves:

  • Critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication
  • Ability to adapt your style to multiple personality types to accomplish goals
  • Resilience
  • Able to ask for and process advice
