The ABC Commission is seeking two legal interns for the Summer of 2025. Specific responsibilities include legal office support work including agenda meeting preparation, legal research, possible public interaction, drafting legal documents under supervision, assisting with case preparation, reviewing files, attending court proceedings, organizing evidence.

As an intern, you will be exposed to various aspects of administrative law environment from working with law enforcement, office duties and courtroom procedures. Most of the work is confidential. 

This internship is expected to start on May 19, 2025, and continue through July 25, 2025. The work schedule is part-time (up to 30 hours per week), Monday -Friday. The rate of pay is $18.00 per hour. We value our employees and are committed to providing flexibility in work schedules. This position qualifies for teleworking on a part-time basis as part of the State Telework Program.

Please Note: The selected intern will be required to provide a letter of recommendation from a professional reference or academic advisor/professor before being hired.
