About Sales Enablement:
Sales Enablement at JLL is a crucial function that supports the commercial real estate sales team by providing comprehensive training, valuable insights, and effective tools. Sales Enablement contributes to the success of JLL's sales professionals by equipping them with the necessary knowledge and skills to engage clients, win deals, and drive revenue growth. This includes assisting with sales pipeline management, preparing information for meetings, identifying opportunities for account penetration and growth, developing sales enablement content and collateral, utilizing data and analytics for financial modeling and recommendations, and actively seeking process improvements to enhance efficiency and win rates. Overall, Sales Enablement at JLL plays a vital role in ensuring the sales team is well-equipped and prepared to excel in the competitive commercial real estate industry.
What the job involves:
We are currently seeking an Intern in Sales Enablement to join our team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable insight into the commercial real estate industry by working alongside real estate analysts, transactions professionals, and other associates. As a Sales Enablement intern, you will gain hands-on experience in key aspects such as supporting the sales organization with proposal content and knowledge management, proofreading and editing proposals, coordinating with subject matter experts, tagging content in our system, and creating user-friendly translations of industry and regional statistics.
As an Intern in Sales Enablement at JLL, you will:
Read final proposal submissions and pull out content that could be considered as “baseline” to be added to the larger proposal content library.
Proofread and edit proposal content – scrubbing to ensure its generic and contains no previous client identifiers.
On an as-needed basis, coordinate with SMEs via email to have them validate proposal baseline content.
Assist with the tagging of proposal baseline content in our proposal management system.
Pull statistics for the various industries and regions / countries for things like headcount and translate them in a user-friendly way (spreadsheets, PowerPoint, or written word).

Education, Skills, and Experience
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Marketing, Architecture and Design, Construction Management, Communications or other related fields
High level of proficiency working with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing workload appropriately to meet competing deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders
Ability to learn quickly, work independently, embrace challenges and adapt to change
Must be resourceful, intellectually curious, poised, high energy and demonstrate a genuine interest in exploring a variety of disciplines within the Commercial Real Estate industry

Estimated total compensation for this position:
8,400.00 – 9,600.00 USD per year
