Job Description:

At World Salon, we are dedicated to driving operational excellence through innovative strategies and a culture of collaboration. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations and KPI Evaluation Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing performance metrics, optimizing operational processes, and supporting HR initiatives. By working closely with various departments, you will ensure our strategies and employee performance metrics are aligned with our organizational goals. Your keen analytical abilities and strategic insights will be crucial in driving operational efficiency, performance, and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development, tracking, and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) for both operational processes and HR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR to align performance metrics with organizational objectives and ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Generate detailed reports and provide actionable insights to improve operational effectiveness and employee performance.
  • Identify areas of inefficiency and suggest process improvements to enhance team success and operational workflows.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline operational processes.
  • Support cross-departmental initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational performance.
  • Assist with employee performance evaluations, ensuring that KPIs reflect individual and team achievements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant company policies and legal requirements while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking, data interpretation, and report generation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS or data management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Previous experience in operations, HR, or data analysis is a plus.
