Dynamics 365 Developer
Key Responsibilities :
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with Adobe sales operation to translate business requirements into technical configurations.
Collaborate with solution architects and business analysts to align technology solutions with organizational goals.
Solution and Configuration:
Design and implement solutions that align with business requirements.
Configure Dynamics 365 modules, including entities, forms, workflows, business rules, and reports.
Use tools such as Power Platform to assist in meeting business requirements.
Create new functionalities, configure existing modules, and extend the platform’s capabilities through low-code development.
Ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
Incident Management and Support:
Provide ongoing support for Dynamics 365 solutions.
Address user requests, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents promptly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability.
Data Migration and Quality Assurance:
Plan and execute data migration activities, ensuring data integrity during transfer from legacy systems to Dynamics 365.
Conduct unit testing and participate in system testing to ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions.
TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES
• Product Knowledge (Intermediate): Possesses sufficient knowledge, training, and experience to be capable of successfully developing or supporting applications within Microsoft Dynamics 365 without requiring support and instruction from others. Able to educate and train others regarding the process.
• Testing (Intermediate): Possesses a high level of skill to develop new and execute pre-designed program test data, load testing, and ensures validity of data passed among programs. Able to use automated testing aids to help debug programs. Creates and maintains appropriate test documentation for regulatory requirements.
• Technical Analysis (Intermediate): Possesses high level of knowledge of the functionality of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the systems with which it interfaces. Proactively identifies, analyzes, and develops solutions to complex clinical, administrative, financial, operational, and technical issues. Possesses sufficient knowledge, training, and experience to be capable to successfully design build, configure, install, run reports, and perform maintenance support with minimal instruction or guidance from others. Participates in optimization efforts. May lead projects and delegate tasks.
