Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and diligent law student or recent graduate to join our legal team as an In-House Legal Intern. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain practical legal experience within a corporate environment, working closely with experienced legal professionals on a wide range of legal matters, including contract review, corporate governance, compliance, intellectual property, and litigation support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Review and Drafting: Assist in the review, drafting, and negotiation of various contracts, such as non-disclosure agreements, service agreements, and vendor contracts.
- Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research on issues related to regulatory compliance, corporate law, intellectual property, employment law, and other relevant topics.
- Compliance: Support the legal team in monitoring and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Document Management: Help organize and manage legal documents, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Corporate Governance: Participate in tasks related to corporate governance, including drafting board resolutions and maintaining corporate records.
- Data Mining: Conduct data mining to gather pertinent legal and business information to support legal strategies and decision-making.
- Government Subsidies and Investments: Assist in identifying and compiling information related to government subsidies and potential investment opportunities.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the legal team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a law school or per-law major.
- Strong interest in corporate law and in-house legal practice.
- Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications:
