Overview

TRC is seeking a highly motivated and diverse Administrative Intern for our 2025 intern program out of our Austin, TX Office. This is a paid part-time position.

 

This role will start in February 2025. The hours will be part time from 1-5 PM, Monday through Friday.

 

This position has the potential to transition into a Full-Time role upon graduation. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of Project Managers and Team Leaders and partner with engineers, scientists, and technologists.


Responsibilities

  • Manage office administration items
  • Maintain office kitchen supplies and cleanliness
  • Receive and send office mail
  • Assist with printing documents for clients
  • Will be supported by leaders, mentors and teammates  
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as necessary  


Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old  
  • Pursuing Bachelor or Associate Degree in Engineering or related field  
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 
  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Possesses strong problem-solving skills 
  • Self-motivated, detail orientated person  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)  
  • Willingness to contribute ideas and offer opinions 
  • Honest, fun, hard-working and ready to learn and grow
